Viking shield with carved hammer of Thor - Mjolnir

• This hand-carved shield displays a unique Norse knotwork engraved art with the hammer of Thor in its center. In Norse mythology, Mjollnir is Thor's hammer, a symbol of his power. By carrying this shield in combat, warriors communicated their intent to destroy their opponents without mercy.

• The shield is made out of 15mm thick birch plywood, painted, varnished by hand, and consolidated by iron bolts. It comes with a wood handlebar installed on the back.

• The shield can be used as a decorative wall hanger or as a functional piece for medieval reenactment or LARP.
